i dont know how did you do that, but to turning back, the best way is restart factory, you can find it in setting, but before, try to get a backupI have a nokia that had a problem with the screen then it fixed itself. How long has this been going on?

Try changing the style of the menu. From list to grid or vise versa. I have the flip phone so that might make a difference.
