Why can't you charge Amzer 3500mAh and a connected device at the same time?
Best answer:
Most likely because the output of the solar cells is not enough in all lighting conditions to be able to both charge the internal battery and and external source. In other words it was not designed to do that. I would heed the warning. They wouldn't put it there if it wasn't important. Just charge up the internal battery first and then charge up the phone.
