IMO, i would prefer the first option which is the sena ultraslim leather pouch..

Its smaller and slimmer compare to the second one.. However, these types of cases for iphone is not convenient.. Because it is slightly hard to slide out the iphone from the pouch.. Belkin Iphone silicon/hard case would be a better option.. thats just me :)

Hope it helpsI think both those cases suck, I used a Sena case in the past and I was really unhappy with it. I got one at this store and it has worked out great for me.
