How come the videos i transfer from my Nokia don't have audio?

Phoenix, I've had problems with the Nokia PC Suite software too, as has one of my (IT Engineer) Sons! Eventually, I managed to sort these issues out with the help of the technicians at Nokia's Customer Help service. There's an online questionnaire you can find and send to them on their website. They came back within 24 hours with the answers I needed.They do need very precise information though, to be able to help you quickly!
