Zentral AV Remote Control by Audiovox

The Audiovox Zentral AV remote is a great concept, and in many facts it works very well. The product comes with a application that allows you to use the bluetooth feature in your iPod/iPhone to control you television and numerous other devices. While the application is needs at least one more update before I would call it "finished" but it is close. So how do we use it? My first thought was to hook it up to my home entertainment center so that it could control all of the components. The Zentral would have worked for that, but not perfectly. I would need to program several additional features into the applications in order to have enough functionality. However,I realized that this is the perfect remote for our bedroom. In the bedroom I have fewer components to control, and it is a pain to keep all of the remotes on the nightstand. With the Zentral all we need to leave on the nightstand is our iPod!
