My daughter has a case of chronic dry skin inside of her ears. She constantly washes them and applies lotions.

Only a doc would be able to tell you for sure. But it could be eczema or dermatitis. my older daughter has eczema, and it gets red sometimes. There is a prescription cream for it, or try a weaker version with cortisone over the counter. But I would still look for a doc.I used to have something like that on my eyelids. It was because of a medicine I was taking. I tried lotions but they never worked. What ended up working was baby oil. It helped a lot! So maybe try that!its called ear ecezema and you can try a steriod-see physician
