Help with removing DLO clear case for iPod touch?

I had this same problem with my case... luckily I was still inside the Best Buy store when I locked my pod in this contraption. It took 4 reps, me, and about 20 minutes before it opened.

I have not been able to do it myself... but the best buy guy said all he did was pressed in the notches on the right hand side (top, and bottom) and slipped his fingernail into the open slot (on the same side as the notches) and it kinda just popped open.

I have not been able to open my case... and have come to grips never being able to open it. The best of luck to you!!!
