How do you take iSkin Vibes off?

I don't know, but I'm wondering the same thing. I think my Nano is stuck in there forever!I was having the exact same problem, honestly my thumbs hurt so much, BUT I GOT IT OFF :)
because you have to warm it up first so the rubber is softer, maybe use a blow dryer, i put mine beside the fireplace for about 5 minutes.
then just follow exactly what the website says, (especially step two, with the thumb fingernail to push the skin down)...only use your big toe to push the iPod up instead.
